We have had the privilege of being the dishwashing solution providers of BB’s Bakers and Barista’s for a number of years now and unsurprisingly they demand a service that enables them to provide a great service to their customers. To them exceptional wash results are a given as is uninterrupted service. Like most modern coffee shops and as their name implies BB’s serves coffee, tea and a huge variety of cakes and muffins. This presents a number of challenges for the average dishwasher because of coffee and tannin stains and the very sticky muffin mixes.

Our solution to providing BB’s with exceptional wash results is with the use of the US made CMA dishwasher, which uniquely offers a 90 second freshwater wash. With tank dishwashers there can be a problem with high soil levels and how it affects wash results during typical service. The CMA never has this problem. BB’s also like this machine because it is super easy to use, rarely breaks down and bought new we offer a 5 year labour and parts warranty, which means no costs for 5 years. Because uninterrupted service is a key requirement for this 7 day a week business we offer a 7 day service and an agreement which to this day we meet or beat with a 24 working hour response to fix problems first time. In common with most coffee shops ‘back office’ space is very limited as such we design bespoke tables for BB’s and from time to time we have to put in under counter dishwashers which are on bespoke sink-stands for reasons of staff welfare.
