To offer quick effective support service we stock over 10,000 parts for dishwashers, ware-washers and other dishwashing capital equipment in our UK Distribution centre. From commonly used parts such as elements, peristaltic pumps, thermostats, pressure switches and O rings to more obscure parts such as breaktanks, resin chambers, gearboxes, door springs and handles. We stock them all.

We hold a huge range of spares from wide number of brands, including  AQUATEC, ASBER, ARISTARCO, CARLTON, CMA, DE VECCHI, DIHR, ELFRAMO, FAGOR,GERMAC, HOBART, IME, KROMO, KASTEL, KRUPPS,  MAID2WASH, MIELE, OMNIWASH, SEKO,  SMEG, UNIVERBAR, WINTERHALTER .

If we do not have the parts in stock then we can source quickly from the manufacturer.

For the brands quoted above, if you order before 1pm we can normally offer a next working day service to anywhere in the UK mainland and Northern Ireland. Deliveries can be made outside of this area however this may involve additional day or so.

Shipping cost varies of size and quantity of parts and delivery address location in the UK.

If you are having problems getting your parts fitted competently then we offer a nationwide engineer repair maintenance and fitting service in the UK. Just call us on 0115 9613720 to book an engineer.

The first step is that we will send you a parts diagram, so that you can identify the part/s you need and then just email or phone and we will take it from there. This process ensures that simple errors are avoided and you get the part you require.

In the rare event you receive a faulty part this can be returned at your own cost and we will refund the cost of the part. This must be returned within a week of receipt.

Given the care we take in the order process above we will not normally accept the return of a part which is not faulty.

Payment needs to be made in advance via bank transfer.
