Crafter’s Companion has grown to become one of Europe’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of crafting products. They are a family business and they’re renowned for supplying their customers with innovative crafting tools and supplies. Their site at Evesham also has a super busy café restaurant.

We had the privilege providing dishwashing and refrigeration solution for Crafter’s Companion Evesham site. Unsurprisingly they demand a service that enables them to provide a great level of satisfaction for their customers. To them, exceptional wash results are a given, as is uninterrupted service.

Coffee shops routinely face the challenge of efficiently cleaning all their pots, cups and cutlery ware and often this presents challenges for the average dishwasher because of coffee and tannin stains and the very sticky cake and cookie mixes. Our solution for Crafter’s Companion was with the Aquatec Hood Professional commercial dishwasher, which uniquely offers multiple washes, ranging from 60 to 600 seconds, so they could choose the wash cycle that suited their needs. This dishwasher is considered a cost-effective powerhouse reliably and efficiently delivers effective results time and time again.

One of the additional reasons we recommended this machine to Crafter’s Companion is because it is ideal for a busy kitchen where ease of use is super important, for example the internal water softener could not be easier to use and saves on kitchen space.

Crafters Companion were delighted with this recommendation because not only is it easy to use, the dishwasher is also supplied with a 2-year labour and parts warranty, which means no repair costs for 2 years. Because uninterrupted service is a key requirement for this 7 day-a-week business we offered a 7-day service and an agreement which to this day we meet or beat of a 24-working hour response to fix problems first time. In common with most coffee shops, ‘back office’ space is very limited, so we also designed a bespoke dishwasher wash area so that Crafter’s Companion’s dishwashing needs were catered for.

Also, we know that coffee shops serve cold drinks as well as hot beverages, that’s why we suggested a wide range of fridges and freezers, including the T19E and T35 upright refrigerator that both come with a 5-year labour and parts warranty, which means no costs for 5 years, so that their refrigeration needs were also catered for.
