Catering to high end clients at wedding and events in London and the Home Counties Mark and Nikki have an established successful business in Elite Hire. As part of their extensive operation they hire out catering ware and at the time we were called they had a pretty sophisticated operation whereby items are put in crates, washed and stored in transit crates ready for the next event, thereby minimising labour costs.

The problem was that this was all done with an ageing Hobart flight machine and results were becoming problematic, as was the reliability and running costs of the machine. Our challenge was to meet the functionality of a flight machine without the attendant cost. Our solution was to specify a Kromo Rack conveyor a with drier and roller tables with a bespoke racking system capable of washing crates and standard baskets. To this creative, great value solution we added a powerful osmosis system which provided exceptional spot free results for all their high end glasses.

This solution also had the benefit that it will meet their business growth for years to come.
