One of the staff from Dishwashers Direct delivered and installed a commercial dishwasher to one of our secure units within our mental health and learning disabilities NHS Trust. The Deputy Manager of the secure unit wanted to praise Tim for his attitude towards our unit and the professionalism he displayed in his work. He was very patient and did an excellent job and removed the old machine for disposal too. The NHS staff did not have to get involved and Tim completed the job with no interruptions to the staff so they could continue with delivering care.

Hope this is the start of a new relationship with Dishwashers Direct as the time from purchase order to delivery was very prompt, continued with a professional service. (I used to be a buyer for the Trust for over 20 years and believe me, you have supplied a good service, as from my previous experiences)
