All our dishwashers come with standard manufacturer’s 'parts only' warranties as you would expect. Many of our dishwashers which we have supplied to our customers over the years have earned our trust and so we offer as standard, a greater level of warranty cover.
The enhanced warranties extend from 1 or 2 years parts AND labour warranties to 5 years parts and labour warranty for the exceptional CMA dishwashers. There are conditions to our warranty which we consider to be fair and in keeping with our customer’s expectations.
At the time of purchase we will offer you chargeable extensions to your free warranty period. This can be a parts only OR a labour and parts warranty extension.
If at the end of this warranty period you wish to have a further cover as insurance against breakdown then we offer 4 and 5 Star breakdown insurance.
- 4 Star breakdown insurance covers the cost of parts only in the event of machine breakdown.
- 5 Star breakdown insurance covers the cost of parts and labour in the event of machine breakdown.
As you would expect we offer a repair service inside and outside of our warranty and insurance packages. Within the warranty or insurance period it is free of charge, outside of the warranty we charge a price for labour and parts. Our engineers hold the parts on their vans for the majority of the dishwashers we sell and so will aim to fix any issues at the 1st visit. If we cannot 100% fix at the 1st visit we can normally get the parts within 48 hours and then call out shortly thereafter. We do not charge for the second engineer’s visit in the event that he has failed to fix first time.
We aim to get to breakdowns within 24 working hours and achieve a fix first time rate, 96% of the time.
If you have an account with us we do not charge you ahead of the engineer’s visit.
In our experience dishwashers can be subject to challenging working conditions, including hard water, frequent use and harsh treatment.
This is why, time to time customers will ask us to undertake a full service on their dishwasher, to ensure that it works optimally. Of course we are happy to provide this service at a nominal fee and the 22 point checklist (including staff retraining) ensures that the dishwasher works as well as it did on the first day of purchase and their asset is protected until the next service.
If you have a very busy environment which demands uninterrupted service then we recommend you plan regular services with us - even if you are under warranty. Stuff happens! and it can be costly. Down time can be avoided however if the dishwasher is maintained at a high level and we can help you with this by offering our service plan.
